Betting should stay entertainment — here's how
This isn't a page we published to tick a box. We've seen accounts go from fun to frightening, and we'd genuinely rather freeze your ID than watch it happen to you. Read this one properly.

The honest warning signs
Problem gambling doesn't announce itself. It creeps in through small changes that feel reasonable at the time. Be honest with yourself about these:
- Chasing losses. You lose ₹2,000 and immediately deposit ₹3,000 to "win it back". This is the single most common path into trouble, and the maths never works — chasing turns a bad night into a bad month.
- Hiding your play. You delete chat history, bet in the bathroom, or lie to your partner about where money went. If you're hiding it, part of you already knows it's a problem.
- Borrowing to deposit. Credit card advances, app loans, money from friends "just till Friday". Betting with borrowed money means the losses are no longer yours alone.
- It stopped being fun. You're not enjoying matches anymore — you're anxious through them. Winning brings relief instead of pleasure. That shift matters more than any number.
- Betting to fix problems betting created. The moment gambling becomes your plan for repaying gambling debts, stop entirely and talk to someone.
Two or more of these apply? Skip to the "our tools" section below and use it today.
Practical limits that actually work
Vague intentions ("I'll be careful") fail. Specific rules hold. These are the ones we suggest to our own users:
- Set a monthly bankroll first. An amount you could lose completely without touching rent, food, EMIs or family expenses. For most people that's a genuinely small number — respect what it actually is, not what you wish it was. When it's gone, the month is over.
- Cap your sessions. Decide before a match how long and how much. Long sessions erode judgement; the bets you place at 1 a.m. after four hours are worse than the ones you placed at 8 p.m.
- Deposit little and often. Our ₹100 minimum exists partly for this. Loading ₹200 five times forces five separate decisions; loading ₹5,000 once means one decision and then momentum. Small deposits are speed bumps — use them.
- Withdraw wins immediately. Money sitting in an exchange balance feels like tokens, not rupees, and gets re-bet. Our withdrawals take 5–15 minutes for a reason: get profits back into your bank where they feel real again.
- Never bet on tilt. Angry, drunk, heartbroken, or desperate — any of those means log out. The markets will still be there tomorrow.
Our tools: one message, no questions
Ask us on WhatsApp to freeze your ID — temporarily or permanently — and we'll do it. One message. No "are you sure?", no retention offers, no guilt trip, no follow-up marketing. A temporary freeze blocks deposits and play for whatever period you choose while we return your balance to your depositing account. A permanent closure ends the ID for good, and we won't reopen it just because you ask nicely two weeks later — that's the point of it being permanent. Freezing is a sign of self-awareness, not weakness, and you won't be treated differently afterwards.
Try a cooling-off period
If a full freeze feels like too big a step, try 14 days off. Ask us to hold your ID, withdraw your balance, and delete the exchange bookmark from your phone. Two clean weeks tells you a lot: if you barely think about it, you're fine. If the fortnight feels like an itch you're constantly fighting, that's real information — act on it with a longer break or a permanent closure.
Getting outside help
We're an ID provider, not counsellors, and pretending otherwise would be dishonest. If gambling is affecting your money, relationships or mental health, real help exists and it works:
- Tele-MANAS, the Government of India's free 24×7 mental health helpline: 14416. Free, confidential, and available in multiple Indian languages.
- iCall (TISS): 9152987821 — professional counselling by phone and chat.
- Gamblers Anonymous groups run meetings in several Indian cities and online; their 12-step material is free.
- Your bank can block gambling-merchant transactions on your card if you ask — a strong practical barrier.
Worried about someone else?
If a family member or friend is playing through us and you're worried — they're borrowing, hiding, or visibly not okay — email [email protected] or message our WhatsApp with what you know. We can't discuss another person's account details with you, but we can and do act on credible welfare concerns, including freezing IDs. If the person is under 18, tell us immediately: the ID gets closed the same day, no investigation needed beyond confirming it.
The absolute rule: 18+
No one under 18 may use our service, full stop. Age isn't a grey area with us and never will be — every other rule on this page has flexibility built in; this one has none.
Play for entertainment, with money you can spare, at hours that don't wreck your sleep, and stop the moment it stops being fun. That's the entire philosophy. And if you ever need the freeze — the button's on every page of this site.
