We are an ID provider, not the exchange
This one causes the most confusion, so plainly: OnlineCricketID creates betting IDs under master panels and moves money in and out of them. We do not operate any exchange, set any odds, settle any bets, or decide any market outcome. When you place a bet, you're using the exchange's platform under the exchange's rules. We're the intermediary who got you the login and who handles your deposits and withdrawals — nothing more, and we've never claimed more.
