What to put in your first message

You can literally just say "hi" and we'll take it from there. But if you want the fastest possible service, one line covering these three things lets us skip the back-and-forth:

• Which platform you want — name any of the 60+ exchanges we support, or say "suggest one" and tell us what you mostly bet on.
• Your starting deposit — anything from ₹100 up. Knowing the amount lets us send payment details immediately.
• Or just the word "demo" — and we'll set up a free demo ID with practice balance instead. No deposit, no obligation.

Example: "Hi, I want a Diamond Exchange ID, starting with ₹500." That message typically gets you login credentials in about 2 minutes.

Realistic reply times

We're not going to claim "instant" because nobody is instant. Here's what actually happens:

• Normal days: first reply usually under 2 minutes, any hour. The team runs shifts, so 3 a.m. gets the same treatment as 3 p.m.
• Big match nights: during IPL finals, India–Pakistan games and similar rush periods, replies can stretch to 10 minutes. Your message isn't lost — we answer strictly in order.
• Withdrawals: once confirmed on chat, UPI payouts land in 5–15 minutes, to the same account you deposited from. If it's been longer, ping the same chat and we'll chase it.

Before you message — a 30-second checklist

Email, for formal matters

WhatsApp handles 99% of everything, but some things belong in writing: data-deletion requests under our privacy policy, complaints you want on record, or business and partnership queries. For those, write to [email protected]. We answer email within one working day — it's slower than chat by design, so don't use it for "where is my withdrawal".

What we can't help with

To save everyone time, three things we will always decline:

• Tips and predictions. We don't sell them, we don't know anyone genuine who does, and "fixed match" messages get ignored.
• Anything for under-18s. No exceptions, no "it's for my elder brother".
• Third-party payments. We can't send your withdrawal to a different account, a friend's UPI, or a wallet that didn't deposit. This rule protects you as much as us.

Everything else — lost passwords, platform questions, freezing your ID, or just checking whether we're real before you commit — is exactly what the chat is for. Twenty thousand IDs later, we still answer every message ourselves. Go ahead and test us.
